Dr. Jinjing Zhu, associate professor and Management Department chair, co-authored a paper titled "Why expert leaders matter: a study on the mechanism of team value creation in knowledge-intensive teams."

The paper was published in December 2024 by Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, a peer-reviewed academic journal.
